We had warm weather and a nice turnout of 64 people at the Couples /Member-Member event at Southern Hills Plantation Golf and Country Club. Judy Davis and her team of Mary Lou Kenison and Cole did a great job hosting the event (Jay helped too). Fortunately the cold snap broke and we had comfortable weather. The course was in great condition – fairways and greens were excellent. The greens lived up to their reputation and were fast and hard to read.
There were two flights – mixed couples and member-member. The following are the results:
Closest to the Pin for Men was Andy Tasnady and for women was Toni Herting winning complimentary rounds at Southern Hills.

1st Place – Ashley Fox and Peter Jones – Gross 79 – Nice scoring!

2nd Place Net – Kooky Lucas and Becky Miles – 78
1st Place Net – Caroline Paprocki & Barb Curry – 71

The dinner included a nice Italian buffet of Cesear Salad, Ravioli, Chicken parmesan and Italian Cookies.
One of the things about West Coast is the lasting friendships you make. These three ladies Nan, Becky and Kookie have been members for over 20 years!
