Lake Jovita

A super thank you to the Lake Jovita Team that hosted an excellent tournament! Thanks to Brenda Bartley who spearheaded the event and was assisted by Terry Moreno, Shay Comer, Jane Renninger and Kathy Hunt.
The weather was spectacular and courses were in excellent condition – and the greens – especially on the south course lived up to their reputation 😊.
We had a good turnout – 52 players up significantly from last year.

Attached is a leaderboard if you want to get into the details (Click Here for Leaderboard). Day 1 on the North Course produced some excellent golf from Brenda Bartley Net 67, Pat Rogers 72, Leslie Hamilton 73, Alex Maciag 75, Patty Slaton 75, and Shay Comer, Nina Hatfield and Nola Raitz at Net 76.
Not surprising Day 2 on the South Course produced some higher scores, with some challenging pin placements – but steady eddies were Pat Rogers, and Mary Lou Kenison with net 73s; Pat Bethune and Diane Roberts shot Net 75; Mimi Johnson and Becky Miles net 76 and Brenda Bartley net 77.

We can’t forget the winner of the $2 Bet who was going to be the overall winner Lori Bailey who predicted Brenda would win with a 145. She won$168!!!
